Location

The hotel complex is situated on a private peninsula, surrounded by a 167,000 m² botanical garden, and offers a fantastic view over the sea with its own sandy/pebble beach and a designated section on the beach of Agia Pelagia. The nearby fishing village of Agia Pelagia offers various shopping options, taverns, and restaurants. A bus stop with connections to Heraklion (approx. 22 km) is located directly in front of the hotel. The airport is approximately 25 km away.

This high-quality resort consists of several buildings with a total of 410 rooms, some designed in bungalow style, and features a lobby with a reception, 4 restaurants, 6 bars, Wi-Fi (included), a mini-market (with traditional Greek products), and a high-quality, comprehensive wellness area. In the spacious, beautifully landscaped gardens, there are 4 swimming pools with sun loungers, parasols, and a pool bar, as well as 3 water slides within the complex and floating water features in the bathing bay. Beach towels, parasols, and sun loungers are included at the beach and pool. The Minoan Amusement Club offers a varied program for children aged 4-12.

Double Room Garden View

The rooms feature comfortable amenities, including individually adjustable air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), coffee and tea-making facilities, house wine and table water upon arrival, soundproof windows, a safe, bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, makeup mirror, pool towels, bathrobe, slippers, and a balcony with garden view (D/DI).

Family Room

Offering the same amenities as the double rooms, these also include a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, and a separate WC. They are more spacious and also have a garden view (DF2/DFI).

Family Suite

Spacious and bright, these beautifully furnished family suites are an ideal accommodation option for families. They are located on the west side of the resort and offer easy access to the Out of the Blue Kids' Minoan Amusement Club as well as the private Cladissos beach (2F1).

Suite Lifestyle

With the same amenities, these spacious suites offer a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower (S2/SI). Optionally bookable with an additional bedroom (S22).
Guests of the suite receive additional perks such as:
Designated area for private seamless check-in, non-alcoholic welcome shot and wet towel, exclusive access to the designated breakfast area (buffet à la minute), "Dine Around" in the à la carte restaurants with culinary delicacies from around the world (excl. drinks, subject to reservation, special conditions apply), evening turndown service, and a welcome fruit basket and glass bottle of mineral water upon arrival.

Exclusive Junior Suite

With otherwise identical features and amenities as the double rooms, the junior suites are located on the 1st or 2nd floor and feature a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a separate shower, and a whirlpool on the balcony, with either sea or garden view (2RJ).

Exclusive Thalassa Suite Sea View

With the same amenities and features, these suites are located on the ground floor or 1st floor, feature a lounge with seating, and have direct sea views (PSQ).

Exclusive Suite Sharing Pool

With the same amenities and features, these suites are located on the ground floor and have direct access to a sharing pool via a shared garden (SSH).

Maisonette Private Pool Seafront

This unique theme park is a magnificent playground, with games and activities based on Greek mythology.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season (April 1 to October 31):
