The luxurious Sea Side A Lifestyle Resort is located in Agia Pelagia. The village of Mononaftis is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Mononaftis beach is only about 60 m from the hotel, and Heraklion airport is approx. 30 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern adults-only hotel (aged 16 and over) features a total of 245 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with a terrace, three à la carte restaurants (Asian, Cretan, and Sicilian), a main bar, two elevators, a mini-market, and a conference room. The garden area includes two pool/snack bars and three saltwater swimming pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the sun terrace and for a fee at the beach.
Wi-Fi is included in public areas and in the rooms.

The modern and beautifully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC and are equipped with satellite TV (with movie and sports channels), air conditioning (included, centrally controlled), a safe, a mini-fridge, a kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, as well as a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally bookable for single use (DE) for an additional charge, located on the sea side (OPM), as a Prime double room with partial sea view (DMS), or with a direct sea view (DM/DMI).

Casa Swim Up Double Room

With the same facilities as the Prime double rooms, these additionally feature direct access to a sharing pool with a land view (CD2).
Optionally bookable for an additional charge with a partial sea view (CDM), as a Casa Swim up Sunset with a sea view from the balcony (CSS), or with a direct sea view (CSV).

Cape Suite

Lifestyle Suite

The spacious junior suites with garden or mountain views have the same facilities as the Prime double rooms, with the addition of a selection of luxury toiletries in the bathroom (S2).
Optionally bookable with a direct sea view (S2M) for an additional charge.

Suite on The Rocks

These exclusive rooms have the same facilities as the Lifestyle Suite, plus bathrobes, access to a private terrace with a pool, and a fantastic sea view (ROS).

Loft Suite

The newly built maisonette-style suites with direct sea views feature the same facilities as the double rooms, arranged over two floors with an open-plan bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds in the living/sleeping area on the lower floor (L2G).
Optionally bookable with direct access to a private pool (SP2) for an additional charge.

Summer Suite with Private Pool

The high-quality Summer Suites consist of a living/sleeping room with a visually separated, private bedroom and feature the same facilities as the Prime double rooms, with the addition of luxury toiletries in the bathroom, a furnished terrace with access to a private pool, and a direct sea view from the terrace (IP2).

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) with show cooking in buffet style in the main restaurant.
Early-bird breakfast (5-7:30 a.m.) on request and late-riser breakfast (10:30-11 a.m.).
Snacks such as sandwiches, pancakes, fruit, and much more from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the "Pelagos" and "Thalassa" pool bars.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective bars from 10 a.m. to midnight.
All guests with a minimum stay of seven days have the opportunity to dine once each in the Cretan tavern "Minoan" (7-10 p.m.), the Asian à la carte restaurant (Peruvian and Asian cuisine), and the gourmet restaurant (7-10 p.m.) as a set menu (incl. soft drinks; alcoholic beverages for a fee). A reservation three days in advance is required for each.

The gourmet restaurant offers special events such as lobster night and fresh fish (each for a fee, 7-10 p.m.).

Climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
