The luxurious Sea Side A Lifestyle Resort is located in Agia Pelagia. The village of Mononaftis is located very close to the hotel. Mononaftis beach is only approx. 60m away from the hotel, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 30km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The modern adults-only hotel (16+ years) has a total of 245 rooms, a reception (24h), Wi-Fi in public areas (included), a main restaurant with terrace, 3 à la carte restaurants (Asian, Cretan, and Sicilian), a main bar, 2 elevators, a mini-market, and a conference room. The garden area features 2 pool/snack bars and 3 saltwater swimming pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the sun terrace and for a fee on the beach.

Double Room Casa Swim Up

Suite Loft

The newly built duplex suites with direct sea views have the same amenities as the double rooms but are spread over 2 floors. They feature an open-plan bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor and two sofa beds in the lower living/sleeping area (L2G).
Optionally available for an extra charge with direct access to the private pool (SP2).

Suite Summer private Pool

The high-quality Summer Suites consist of a living/sleeping area with a visually separated bedroom and offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Prime, plus luxury toiletries in the bathroom, a furnished terrace with access to a private pool, and direct sea views from the terrace (IP2).

Information regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax.
