These maisonette-style rooms offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and consist of 2 rooms. The lower floor is equipped with twin beds and a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower; the upper floor also features twin beds and a toilet (DF2).

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Optionally, dinner can be taken once per week in the themed restaurant (reservation required).

Breakfast (7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.), lunch (12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.), and dinner (6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast from 5 a.m. – 7 a.m. on request (reservation required by 8 p.m. the previous evening), late riser breakfast (continental) from 10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Dinner can be taken once per week in the themed restaurant (reservation required).
Tasty snacks are offered at the pool/snack bar from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at whichever bar is currently open.

For Ultra All Inclusive guests, services are provided until midnight. Selected branded alcohol is included at the hotel's own bars and the bars at the sister hotel, Anissa Beach & Village; a special wine list includes bottled wines served by the glass.
Freshly squeezed orange juice is offered at breakfast. In addition, with prior reservation, guests can dine daily in the hotel's own themed restaurant or in the themed restaurants at Anissa Beach.
One fish dinner is included per stay.
