Location

The Anissa Oasis Beach is situated in a great location in Anissaras, approximately 400 m from the sandy beach. The lively town of Hersonissos, with its numerous restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, and shopping opportunities, is only about 4 km away. A local bus connection is available at a distance of approx. 800 m. The distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 22 km.

Facilities

Newly built in summer 2026, this hotel features a total of 150 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, seminar rooms, and Wi-Fi throughout the complex. It includes a spa center with an indoor and outdoor pool, a main restaurant, a themed restaurant, and a lobby bar. The beautiful outdoor area hosts the main pool with a pool/snack bar, an outdoor fitness corner, and a quiet zone with an additional freshwater pool. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and the nearby beach; beach towels are also available free of charge.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

These rooms feature a bathroom with a toilet and a separate walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks, table water, and beer), and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Optionally bookable as a Superior Saver Room (2US, run of house, without special services such as bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea station, daily minibar replenishment) or for single occupancy (DSE).

Superior Comfort Double Room

Offering the same amenities as the Superior Double Room, these rooms are slightly more spacious and include a sofa bed (DAS/DSI). Also available for single occupancy (DAE).

Superior Comfort Double Room with Private Pool

Featuring the same amenities as the Superior Comfort Double Room, these rooms come with a private pool (heatable for an extra charge). This room type is bookable for guests aged 6 and older (U2P/Q2I).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked in these room types.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature a combined living room/bedroom with sofa beds and a separate bedroom (S2).

Featuring the same amenities as the suites, these rooms include a private pool (heatable for an extra charge). This room type is bookable for guests aged 6 and older (SP2).

Family Loft

These maisonette-style rooms feature the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are split over 2 levels. The lower floor is equipped with twin beds and a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, while the upper floor also features twin beds and a toilet (DF2).

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Optionally, dinner can be taken once per week in the themed restaurant (reservation required).

Breakfast (7:30-10 AM), lunch (12:30-3 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast from 5-7 AM upon request (reservation required by 8 PM the previous evening), late riser breakfast (continental) from 10-10:30 AM. Dinner can be taken once per week in the themed restaurant (reservation required).
Delicious snacks are available at the pool/snack bar from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the respective open bar.

Ultra All Inclusive

For guests with Ultra All Inclusive, services are valid until 12 AM. Selected premium spirits are included in the hotel's own bars and the bars of the sister hotel Anissa Beach & Village. A special wine menu includes bottled wines served by the glass.
Freshly squeezed orange juice is offered at breakfast. Additionally, with prior reservation, dinner can be enjoyed daily at the hotel's themed restaurant or at the themed restaurants of the Anissa Beach hotel.
One fish dinner per stay is included.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room effective from 01/01/2025.
