The high-quality and expansive hotel complex consists of two main buildings and a bungalow area designed in the style of a village. A section of the main building has been exclusively reserved for adults (aged 16 and over) since summer 2025. The hotel features 675 rooms and one Pool Villa, and offers a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, several elevators, lounges with TV, internet corners (included), two main restaurants, five à-la-carte restaurants (one of which is the seafood restaurant "Alatsi," which is exclusively reserved for guests aged 16 and over on certain days), six snack points, and nine bars. Further facilities include a mini-market, a boutique, a jeweler, a hairdresser, and the "Cine Creta Maris" open-air cinema (one free ticket per person per stay, June to September, cinema bar available for a fee). Additionally, the hotel features the "Nami" wine cellar, opened in 2025 (available for a fee, for ages 16+, reservation required). The beautifully landscaped outdoor area contains a total of 17 swimming pools (including 5 children's pools) as well as a whirlpool.
Guests have access to an approximately 4,000 m² water park with five slides (age and height restrictions apply), a swimming pool with numerous water features, a multi-level play area with waterfalls, jets, slides, and a water volcano for children, as well as a relaxation area with seating and a bar serving drinks and snacks.
Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and beach; pool towels are also included.
The resort also offers the "Exclusive Adult" room area. This is located in the eastern part of the hotel and may only be used by guests staying in these rooms (minimum age 16). This area offers exclusive access to the "Spira" pool as well as three small heated pools. Furthermore, the beach section there, equipped with gazebos, sun loungers, and a spa pavilion, as well as the "Sima" Bar, are exclusively for the use of guests in these rooms. A separate section in the main restaurant is also reserved for guests in these rooms.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and most communal areas and is included.

Double room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, and bathrobe. They are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart TV (with Netflix access), safe, minibar (filled upon arrival, free refill 1x per week), coffee/tea station, and Nespresso machine. The rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace, are located in the main buildings or in the bungalows, and have mountain views (DD2, also bookable as D2I under HER732).

Bungalow

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalows with garden views and also feature a balcony or terrace (2BD/BI2/B2A, bookable under HER732).
Optionally bookable under code HER232 as pool front (2UQ), pool front for single use (1UQ), and from summer 2027 with sea view (B2M/BAM), or under code HER732 with sea view (B2I), for single use (1BD), or for single use with sea view (B1M).

Double room Exclusive Adult Only

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but were renovated in summer 2026, are located in the "Exclusive Adult" area, and are bookable for guests aged 16 and over. Consequently, these rooms offer access to specific facilities (2OA, also bookable as DDA under HER732).
Optionally, the rooms are also bookable with sea view (AOM/DDD, also bookable as DDB under HER732), under code HER732 for single use with mountain/garden view (DEA), or likewise under code HER732 for single use with sea view (DEB; also bookable under code 232 EOM from summer 2027).
Guests of the Exclusive Adult room categories have exclusive access to the following facilities:

The spacious bungalow suites are being newly built for summer 2027, are located in the bungalow area, consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, equipped with a king-size or twin beds, and feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, 50" Smart TV, minibar, coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (NO2).

Breakfast in two main buffet restaurants from 7:30-10:30 a.m. or in the "Arasmari" restaurant from 8-11 a.m. Early bird breakfast from 6-7:30 a.m. on request in the buffet restaurant. Lunch from 12:30-2:30 p.m. served in buffet form in three different restaurants. Dinner in two main buffet restaurants (6:30-9:30 p.m., reservation required in one of the two) or in the 5 à-la-carte restaurants (6:30-10 p.m., reservation required).
During meals (lunch and dinner), guests can enjoy unlimited Cretan wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Furthermore, there are snacks available throughout the day at the snack points, such as fresh seasonal salads and freshly prepared fruits, as well as smoothies, ice cream, waffles, crepes, burgers, and much more.
From 9 a.m. to midnight, local and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, spirits, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are included at the respective open bar. Special brands of spirits are available at an extra charge.
Guests may dine once a week in one of the six different themed restaurants (with reservation).
All services are valid until midnight.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no flip-flops, no swimwear, no sportswear).
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes are available. Ingredients and allergens are also labeled for all dishes in all restaurants.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 01/01/2025.
