The high-quality and spacious hotel complex consists of two main buildings and a bungalow area in the style of a village. A section of the main building has been exclusively for adults (16+) since summer 2025. The hotel has 675 rooms and a Pool Villa, offering a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, several elevators, lounge areas with TV, internet corners (included), two main restaurants, five à-la-carte restaurants (one of which is the seafood restaurant "Alatsi", reserved exclusively for guests aged 16+ on certain days), six snack points, and nine bars. Further facilities include a mini-market, boutique, jeweler, hair salon, and the open-air cinema "Cine Creta Maris" (one free ticket per person per stay, June to September, cinema bar for a fee). The hotel also features the newly opened 2025 "Nami" wine cellar (for a fee, 16+, reservation required). The beautifully landscaped grounds feature 17 swimming pools in total (including 5 children's pools) and a whirlpool.
Guests have access to an approximately 4,000 m² water park with five slides (age and height restrictions apply), a swimming pool with many water features, a multi-level play area with waterfalls, jets, slides, and a water volcano for children, as well as a relaxation area with seating and a bar serving drinks and snacks.
Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; beach towels are also included.
The resort also offers the "Exclusive Adult" room section. This is located in the eastern part of the hotel and may only be used by guests of these rooms (minimum age 16). This area provides exclusive access to the "Spira" pool and three small heated pools. Furthermore, the beach section there with gazebos, sun loungers, a spa pavilion, and the "Sima" bar are exclusively for the use of guests in these rooms. A separate section in the main restaurant is also reserved for these guests.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in most public areas and is included.

Double Room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, and bathrobe. They are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart TV (with Netflix access), safe, minibar (filled upon arrival, free refill once per week), coffee/tea-making facilities, and a Nespresso machine. The rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace, are located in the main buildings or in the bungalows, and have mountain views (DD2, also as D2I under HER732).

Bungalow

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalows with garden views and also feature a balcony or terrace (2BD/BI2, bookable under HER732).
Optionally bookable under code HER232 as pool front (2UQ) as well as pool front for single use (1UQ) or under code HER732 also with sea view (B2I), for single use (1BD), or for single use with sea view (B1M).

Double Room Exclusive Adult Only

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms but were renovated in summer 2026 and are located in the "Exclusive Adult" room section. As a result, these rooms offer access to specific facilities (2OA, also as DDA under HER732).
Optionally, the rooms are also bookable with sea view (AOM/DDD, also as DDB under HER732), under code HER732 for single use with mountain/garden view (DEA), or also under code HER732 for single use with sea view (DEB).

Breakfast in two main buffet restaurants from 7:30-10:30 a.m. or in the "Arasmari" restaurant from 8-11 a.m. Early riser breakfast from 6-7:30 a.m. on request in the buffet restaurant. Lunch from 12:30-2:30 p.m. buffet-style in three different restaurants. Dinner in two main buffet restaurants (6:30-9:30 p.m., reservation in one of the two required) or in the 5 à-la-carte restaurants (6:30-10 p.m., reservation required).
During meals (lunch and dinner), guests can enjoy unlimited Cretan wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. In addition, snacks are available all day long at the snack points, such as fresh seasonal salads and freshly prepared fruits, as well as smoothies, ice cream, waffles, crepes, burgers, and much more.
From 9 a.m. to midnight, local and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, spirits, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are included at the currently open bar. Special brands of spirits are available for an extra charge.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
