This small bungalow complex is located directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Kavros and about 4 km from Georgioupolis. Shopping and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity. Rethymnon, with its beautiful old town, is approx. 20 km away. Chania Airport is approx. 50 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 100 km away.

This Schauinsland-Reisen Original hotel consists of a main building and several annexes, featuring 125 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a TV corner, and a main restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
The garden area features a pool/snackbar and 2 pools, one of which has an integrated children's section. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace and available for a fee at the beach (included for AI guests; pool towels available for a deposit).

Superior Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are located in both the main building and the annexes (DSU, bookable for 2 persons).
Also available as an option with half-board as Type C (DC), as a Super Saver room located in the main building (land-facing view, 2US, bookable for 2 persons), or for an extra charge as an additional contingent Type B (DSB/DAS, located in the annex or main building, bookable for 2 persons).
Available for an extra charge with side sea view (D2S, bookable for 2 persons) or direct sea view (DMU, bookable for 2 persons). Optionally, the Superior Double Room is also available for triple occupancy as Superior Double Room Type O (DOZ).

Single Room

These are Superior Double Rooms for single use (DSE/UB1/DAE/1GS).

Deluxe Double Room

Same as Superior Double Room, but newly furnished, with higher quality amenities and located on the ground floor. They also feature tile and marble flooring, flat-screen TV (incl. German channels), safe, coffee/tea station (daily refill), electric kettle, a bottle of water and wine upon arrival, as well as a terrace furnished with two sun loungers (DD2, bookable for 2 persons).
Reserved Balinese beds on the beach only for guests of these rooms, subject to availability.
Optionally also bookable for single use (DD1).

Superior Family Room

Features the same amenities as the Superior Double Room, but with a separate bedroom and located in the main building or in the annexes (F2U).

Maisonette

Located in the main building with a land-facing view towards the Lefka Ori mountains, these rooms have a double bed in the lower area; the upper area with 2 additional single beds is accessible via a wooden staircase. The large bathroom with hydromassage shower includes a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and toiletries. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV with a music channel, telephone, safe, and balcony (M2).

Climate Resilience Fee Note

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
