Location

The hotel is quietly located, approx. 200 m from the center of Gouves. The public sandy beach is approx. 100 m away and separated only by a small coastal road. Shops and entertainment facilities are nearby. A bus stop is approx. 300 m from the hotel. Heraklion Airport is approx. 14 km away.

Facilities

This beautiful, family-run hotel was renovated in 2023/2024 and has 173 rooms spread across 9 buildings, each with 1 or 2 floors. It offers a reception (24h) with a lobby, a restaurant, a snack bar, "Mama Magda" (pizza, waffles, sandwiches, and more), an internet corner, Wi-Fi (included in rooms and public areas), a children's playground, and a children's clubhouse (with animation). The outdoor area features 4 outdoor pools (2 on the ground floor, 1 on the ground floor with a whirlpool, and 1 on the roof), a children's pool, an indoor pool (April, May, and October, heated on cool days), a garden, sun terrace, and sunbathing lawns. Sun loungers and sunshades are included by the pool. Other facilities include an amphitheater with a bar (open during some evening shows) and an Athletic Center of 4000 m² running track.

Double room

All rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, HD satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, air conditioning, minibar (included), safety deposit box (for rent), coffee/tea making facilities (refilled daily and included), and a balcony or terrace (D). Complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

Single room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are smaller and have a single bed (DE).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a shower/WC and were renovated in 2024 (DSU).

Double room Deluxe

The Deluxe rooms have the same amenities and size as the double rooms but are more modern. They feature a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a full-length mirror, a 49” HD Smart TV, and a larger terrace/balcony (DD2).

Double room Premium outdoor whirlpool

The Premium rooms, newly built for Summer 2024, are located on the first floor and, with the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, offer a separate WC and a spacious balcony with a whirlpool (G2J).

Double room Premium Swim Up

Also newly built for Summer 2024, these rooms are located on the ground floor and, with the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, offer a separate WC and a spacious terrace with direct access to the sharing pool (SWD).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
