This holiday hotel (for guests aged 15 and over), surrounded by tropical plants, is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Kavros, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The nearest town, Georgioupolis, is approx. 4 km away and Rethymnon is approx. 17 km away. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the vicinity of the hotel. Chania Airport is approx. 40 km away and Heraklion Airport is approx. 100 km away. A bus stop is located approx. 500 m away.

The adults-friendly hotel for guests aged 15 and over has a total of 112 rooms, spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings. It offers a 24-hour reception and a restaurant.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool and available at the beach for a fee. For All-Inclusive guests, these are also included. Pool towels are available to borrow free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel grounds.

The rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (deposit required), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace (D). These rooms are located in the main building.

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these offer a sea view, bathrobes, slippers, and a sofa, and are slightly more spacious (DMU). These rooms can be located in both the main and annex buildings.

These double rooms are located in the annex building and feature a panoramic sea view in addition to the standard amenities (2XN).

Deluxe Suite outdoor whirlpool partial sea view

The suites were renovated in summer 2024 and feature a combined living room/bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (deposit required), small fridge, coffee/tea maker, an espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), and an outdoor whirlpool (XL2).
These rooms can be located in both the main and annex buildings.
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for thoughtful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Aqua Suite private pool garden view

Renovated in 2024, these suites feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite, with a private pool instead of a whirlpool, a private terrace with sun loungers, and an espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), and are located in the annex buildings (SP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for thoughtful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Spa Suite private pool partial sea view

Renovated in 2024, these suites offer the same amenities as the Aqua private pool suite, featuring a private pool with waterfall stress-relief and hydromassage functions, as well as a partial sea view (IP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for thoughtful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1/1/2025.
