This holiday hotel (for guests aged 15 and over), landscaped with tropical plants, is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Kavros, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The nearest town, Georgioupolis, is approx. 4 km away, and Rethymnon is approx. 17 km away. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the vicinity of the hotel. Chania airport is approx. 40 km away and Heraklion airport is approx. 100 km away. A bus stop is located approx. 700 m away.

The adults-friendly hotel for guests aged 15 and over has a total of 112 rooms distributed between a main building and several bungalow buildings. It offers a 24-hour reception and a restaurant.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and are available at the beach for a fee. For All-Inclusive guests, these are also included. Bath towels are available for a fee.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel grounds.

The rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station as well as a balcony or terrace (D). These rooms are located in the main building.

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these also feature a sea view, bathrobes, slippers, a sofa and are slightly more spacious (DMU). These rooms can be located in both the main and annex buildings.

With the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, these rooms are located in the annex building in the first row facing the beach (RF2).

These double rooms are located in the annex building and, in addition to standard facilities, offer a panoramic sea view (2XN).

Deluxe Suite Outdoor Whirlpool Side Sea View

The suites were renovated for summer 2024 and feature a combined living/sleeping area, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, small fridge, coffee/tea maker and an outdoor whirlpool (XL2).
These rooms can be located in both the main and annex buildings.
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Suite Aqua Private Pool Garden View

The suites, renovated in 2024, feature the same facilities as the Deluxe Suite, but include a private pool instead of a whirlpool, a private terrace with sun loungers, as well as an espresso machine (2 capsules per day included) and are located in the annex buildings (SP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Suite Spa Pool Side Sea View

The suites, renovated in 2024, feature the same facilities as the Suite Aqua Private Pool, but include a private pool with waterfall stress-relief and hydromassage function as well as a side sea view (IP2).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Destination information

For stays starting from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
