Quietly located directly on three of the hotel's own bays with sand/pebble beach in a peaceful setting. The villages of Panormo and Rethymnon, with various shopping and entertainment options, are approximately 3 km and 18 km away respectively. (Public bus connections available).

The renowned complex, renovated in 2024, offers a total of 361 rooms (118 rooms in the main building and 243 in the bungalow buildings), an entrance area with lobby and reception, elevators in the main building, shopping arcades, a conference room, main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants, a main bar, 5 additional bars, and a mini spa. The outdoor area features three seawater swimming pools (renovated in 2024) with sun loungers and umbrellas, a separate seawater children's pool, another children's pool with fresh water, a small pirate ship, and water slides, a heated indoor pool in the spa area (freshwater, operates only in the low season), and a relaxation/quiet pool. Guests receive pool and beach towels using a card system at the hotel. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the beach (subject to availability). The aquapark with water features and slides, newly built for Summer 2025 in Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama, can be used as well.

Accommodation

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building and were renovated in Summer 2023. They feature twin beds, a sofa bed for the third person, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony or terrace facing the garden (D).
Optionally, for an additional charge, also available as a double room with sea view (DM/DMA/DMI) or upon request for single occupancy (DE/1GD/DGE).

Bungalow

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (BG2). Optionally available with sea view (B2M/B2I) or as a Waterfront bungalow located directly on the sea (BW2).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the main building and feature a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, plus a separate bedroom with twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony (DF2). Optionally available as rooms with sea view, renovated in Summer 2023 (F2M).

These rooms have the same amenities as the family rooms but are located in the bungalow area (FB2,TA2).

While having the same amenities as the family bungalows, the Family Bungalows Waterfront are located directly by the sea (BFW).

Family Suite Garden View

The spacious family suites are located in the main building and feature a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a separate living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds or a sofa bed and a single sofa bed, plus shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony or terrace (2FS/ASF).

Junior Suite Deluxe Sea View

The Junior Suites Deluxe Sea View consist of a main bedroom with twin or double beds, a separate sleeping area with a sofa bed, and feature 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a large balcony with sea view (JDM/JDA).

Suite Superior Sea View (HER040I)

The suites, approximately 90 sqm, offer ample space and are located on the upper floors of the main building. They feature two bathrooms, a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, telephone, shower/WC, safe, and a balcony (SUM/U2M).

Bungalow Garden View Sharing Pool (HER040I)

These bungalow rooms offer approximately 24 sqm of space and are located on the ground floor. Amenities include air conditioning, safe, telephone, shower/WC, double bed or two single beds, a sofa bed, and a terrace with access to the shared pool (BX2/BXA).

Bungalow Waterfront Sharing Pool (HER040I)

With approximately 24-28 sqm, these rooms offer a bit more space, are located on the ground floor with access to the shared pool, and provide a magnificent sea view (SBW/ABW).

Double Room Sea View Whirlpool (HER040I)

These renovated double rooms (approx. 23-25 sqm) are located in the main building and feature air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, shower/WC, safe, TV, and a balcony with an outdoor whirlpool (WDM).
Double rooms with sea view and whirlpool, Type A, can be booked for stays of 14 days or longer (WAM).

Meals

Half Board or All Inclusive

Meals are served buffet-style. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. Gentlemen are asked to wear a shirt and long trousers for dinner (dress code: elegant, no flip-flops, etc.).
Lactose-free, gluten-free, and yeast-free meals are available upon request (please check with reception upon arrival and register).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Early bird breakfast (5-7 AM), breakfast (7:30-10:15 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM) and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM / June-September 7-10 PM) served buffet-style. Dinner is included twice a week in the à la carte restaurants (reservations required).
In the Italian restaurant, late breakfast (10:30-11:30 AM, reservation required) and lunch (12:30-3:30 PM), as well as coffee and pastries (4-5 PM). Snacks are available at the "Helios" pool bar and the "Anatoli Ouzo Bar" from 10 AM to 6 PM (May-September, weather permitting). A food truck offering Greek street food (souvlaki, gyros, and selected snacks) is available from June to September, weather permitting (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as long drinks and cocktails, are served from 10 AM to 11:45 PM at the open bars. Theme nights are offered several times a week.

Sports included

Table tennis, fitness room, water volleyball, water polo, aerobics, step aerobics, yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, and tennis (without floodlights, included with AI).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
