Quietly located directly on three hotel-owned bays with sand/pebble beach in a peaceful environment. The towns of Panormos and Rethymnon, with various shopping and entertainment facilities, are located approximately 3 km and 18 km away respectively. (Public bus connections available).

The renowned complex, renovated in 2024, offers a total of 361 rooms (118 rooms in the main building and 243 in the bungalow buildings), an entrance area with lobby and reception, elevators in the main building, shopping arcades, a conference room, a main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants, a main bar, 5 further bars, and a mini spa. The outdoor area features three seawater swimming pools, renovated in 2024, with sun loungers and umbrellas, a separate seawater children's pool, another children's pool with fresh water, a small pirate ship and water slides, a heated indoor pool in the spa area (fresh water, operates only in the low season), and a relax/quiet pool. Towels for the pool and beach are provided to guests via a card system at the hotel. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the beach (subject to availability). The aquapark with water features and slides, newly built for summer 2025 at Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama, can also be used.

Accommodation

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building and were renovated in summer 2023. They feature twin beds, a sofa bed for the third person, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony or terrace facing the garden (D).
Double rooms with sea view (DM/DMA/DMI) or for single use (DE/1GD/DGE) are also available at an additional charge or upon request.

Bungalow

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (BG2). They are also available with sea view (B2M/B2I) or directly on the sea as a Waterfront bungalow (BW2).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the main building and feature a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom with twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony (DF2). Renovated rooms with sea view (F2M) are also available since summer 2023.

Family Bungalow

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these are located in the bungalow area (FB2).

Family Bungalow Waterfront

With the same amenities as the family bungalows, these are located directly on the sea (BFW).

The Junior Suites Deluxe Sea View consist of a main bedroom with twin or double beds, a separate sleeping area with a sofa bed, and feature 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a large balcony with sea view (JDM).

Superior Suite Sea View (HER040I)

These suites, approximately 90 square meters, offer ample space and are located on the upper floors of the main building. They feature two bathrooms, a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, telephone, shower/WC, safe, and a balcony (SUM/U2M).

Bungalow Garden View Shared Pool (HER040I)

These bungalow rooms offer approximately 24 square meters of space and are located on the ground floor. Amenities include air conditioning, safe, telephone, shower/WC, double bed or two single beds, a sofa bed, and a terrace with access to the shared pool (BX2/BXA).

Bungalow Waterfront Shared Pool (HER040I)

With approximately 24-28 square meters, these rooms offer a bit more space, are located on the ground floor with access to the shared pool, and provide a wonderful sea view (SBW/ABW).

Double Room Sea View Jacuzzi (HER040I)

These renovated double rooms (approx. 23-25 sqm) are located in the main building and feature air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, shower/WC, safe, TV, and a balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi (WDM).
Double Rooms Sea View Jacuzzi Type A are bookable for stays of 14 days or more (WAM).

Meals

Half Board or All Inclusive

Meals are served buffet style. Smart casual attire is requested for dinner. Gentlemen are requested to wear a shirt and long trousers for dinner (dress code: elegant, no flip-flops etc.).
Lactose-free, gluten-free, and yeast-free meals are available upon request at the location (please contact the reception upon arrival and register).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Early bird breakfast (5-7 am), breakfast (7:30-10:15 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm/June-September 7-10 pm) served buffet style. Dinner is included twice a week in the à la carte restaurants (reservations required).
At the Italian restaurant, late breakfast (10:30-11:30 am, reservations required) and lunch (12:30-3:30 pm), as well as coffee and pastries (4-5 pm). Snacks at the "Helios" pool bar and the "Anatoli Ouzo Bar" from 10 am to 6 pm (May-September, weather permitting). A food truck offering Greek street food with souvlaki, gyros, and selected snacks is available from June to September, weather permitting (10:30 am - 6:30 pm).
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as long drinks and cocktails, are available from 10 am to 11:45 pm at the open bars. Themed evenings are offered several times a week.

Table tennis, fitness room, water volleyball, water polo, aerobics, step aerobics, yoga, water aerobics, darts, and tennis (without floodlights, included with All Inclusive).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season (April 1 - October 31):
