The renowned complex, renovated in 2024, features a total of 361 rooms (118 in the main building and 243 in the bungalow buildings), an entrance area with a lobby and reception, elevators in the main building, shopping arcades, a conference room, a main restaurant, 3 à-la-carte restaurants, a main bar, 5 additional bars, and a mini-spa. The outdoor area includes three saltwater swimming pools (renovated in 2024) with sun loungers and parasols, a separate saltwater children's pool, an additional children's pool with freshwater, a small pirate ship, and water slides, a heated indoor pool in the spa area (freshwater, only operates in the low season), and a relaxation pool. Guests receive towels for the pool and beach via a card system at the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the beach (subject to availability). The new aqua park with water games and slides, built for summer 2025 at the Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama, can also be used.

Accommodation

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building and have been renovated since summer 2023. They feature twin beds, a sleep chair for the third person, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (warm/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony or terrace facing the garden (D). Optionally available at an extra charge as a double room with sea view (DM/DMA/DMI) or upon request for single use (DE/1GD/DGE).

Bungalow

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms but are located in the garden area (BG2). Also optionally bookable with sea view (B2M/B2I) or as a Bungalow Waterfront located directly at the sea (BW2).

Family Room

Family rooms are located in the main building and feature a living/sleeping area with 2 sleep chairs as well as a separate bedroom with twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (warm/cold), safe, satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, refrigerator, minibar (for a fee), kettle, and a balcony (DF2). Optionally bookable as rooms with sea view already renovated in summer 2023 (F2M).

Suite Superior Sea View (HER040I)

The suites offer plenty of space and are located on the upper floors in the main building. They feature two bathrooms, a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, telephone, shower/WC, safe, and a balcony (SUM/U2M).

Bungalow Garden View Sharing Pool (HER040I)

These bungalow rooms are located on the ground floor. Amenities include air conditioning, safe, telephone, shower/WC, double bed or two single beds, sofa bed, and a terrace with access to a shared pool (BX2/BXA).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Double Room Sea View Whirlpool (HER040I)

These renovated double rooms are located in the main building and feature air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, shower/WC, safe, TV, and a balcony with an outdoor whirlpool (WDM).
Double Room Sea View Whirlpool Type A can be booked for stays of 14 days or more (WAM).

Meals

Half Board or All Inclusive

Meals in buffet style. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. Gentlemen are requested to wear shirts and long trousers at dinner (Elegant dress code, no flip-flops, etc.).
Lactose-free, gluten-free, and yeast-free meals are available on site upon request (please contact and inform the reception upon arrival).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Early bird breakfast (5-7 am), breakfast (7:30-10:15 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm/June-September 7-10 pm) in buffet style. Dinner in the à-la-carte restaurants is included twice per week (reservation required).
Late breakfast in the Italian restaurant (10:30-11:30 am, reservation required) and lunch (12:30-3:30 pm) as well as coffee and pastries (4-5 pm). Snacks at the "Helios" pool bar and the "Anatoli Ouzo Bar" from 10 am to 6 pm (May-September, weather permitting). A food truck with Greek street food offers souvlaki, gyros, and selected snacks (weather permitting, June to September, 10:30 am-6:30 pm).
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as long drinks and cocktails from 10 am to 11:45 pm at the respective open bars. Theme nights are offered several times a week.

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting 1.1.2025.
