In a quiet location, separated from the beautiful sandy beach of Plakias only by a coastal road. The village of Plakias is about a 5-minute walk away. The city of Rethymno is about 35 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 110 km and to Chania Airport approx. 95 km.

The well-maintained apartment complex has a total of 45 rooms and offers its guests a lobby with a reception (Wi-Fi is available at the reception and included). In the lush green outdoor area, there are 3 freshwater swimming pools and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available to guests free of charge.

The well-equipped studios consist of a combined living/sleeping area and have a bath/WC, modernly equipped kitchen, dining area, refrigerator, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, safe and terrace (S12). Also bookable for single use only (S11).

Note on Deposit for Climate Resilience
