The beach hotel Iperion Beach is located directly on the beach of Rethymnon. The charming town center with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approximately 3 km away. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. Heraklion Airport is approx. 80 km away, and Chania Airport is about 71 km away. A bus stop can be reached after around 550 m.

Modern hotel complex with large pool, sun loungers, and clear blue sky.
The hotel complex has a total of 54 studios and apartments. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, elevators, a beach bar, a restaurant, and a lounge with TV. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge both at the pool and on the beach; bath towels are also included. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

The studios are modernly furnished and feature a combined living/bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, a refrigerator, safe, as well as a balcony or terrace (S12). Optionally bookable with sea view (SM2).

The Studio Outdoor Whirlpool units are modernly furnished and feature a combined living/bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fan, ironing equipment, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV, refrigerator, safe, as well as a whirlpool on the balcony or terrace (AST).
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We kindly ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
