The beautiful city of Rethymnon is located on the northwest coast of Crete, between Chania and Heraklion. It is the third largest city on the island and is well-known for its historic old town and picturesque old harbor. Macaris Suites & Spa Hotel is located approximately 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach, and the city center of Rethymnon can be reached in about 1 km. Information regarding climate resilience tax

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
