The Dion Palace offers a holiday right by the sea, in a natural setting at the foot of Mount Olympus. The complex is located directly on the pebble beach in Litochoro. The nearby town offers a variety of entertainment and shopping options and is easily accessible by bus or taxi. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 108 km away.

The rooms are comfortable and designed in natural colors. They feature 2 single beds, bathroom/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning (included), Wi-Fi, 32" LCD satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), mini-fridge, electric kettle, telephone (for a fee), safe, and a balcony (D). With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also feature a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Double room Superior pool & sea view

The superior double rooms are more spacious but, with the same amenities as the double rooms, additionally feature a sofa bed or 1-2 extra beds. The rooms are located on the ground floor or the first floor and have pool/sea view (DMU).

Bungalow Beachfront

With the same amenities, these rooms are located in the bungalow area in the first beach row and feature a shower/WC, a queen-size double bed, and a 42" satellite TV (2BB).

Deluxe Bungalow private pool

The Deluxe Bungalows with a private pool are more spacious than the double rooms and, with the same amenities, additionally feature a seating area, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and separate WC, 42" Smart TV, and a terrace with a private pool (L2P).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Breakfast/Half board

The main restaurant "Mytikas" serves breakfast and dinner in buffet style with Greek and international delicacies, premium ingredients, and organic products. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am - 10:30 am and dinner takes place between 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
In addition, the following restaurants and bars are available for an extra charge:
The à-la-carte restaurant "La Medusa" with a large terrace surrounded by water cascades and running water offers a selection of snacks from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
The lobby bar "Mousses" at the front of the pool offers a selection of coffees, drinks, and cocktails accompanied by soft music.
During the summer season:
A pool bar surrounded by pool water near "La Medusa".
A beach bar directly on the beach.
Vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes are prepared upon request.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
