Location

The Dion Palace offers a holiday directly by the sea in a natural setting at the foot of Mount Olympus. The resort is located directly on the pebble beach in Litochoro. The nearby town offers a variety of entertainment and shopping options and is easily accessible by bus or taxi. Thessaloniki Airport is approx. 108 km away.

This sprawling complex with a total of 191 rooms offers plenty of space to relax, and the friendly service completes the stay. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, TV room, mini-market, jewellery shop and a library. The main restaurant and three bars (lobby, pool and beach bar) cater to guests' culinary needs.
The well-maintained outdoor area features three pools (one of which is adults-only). Several sun terraces and a pool bar invite you to linger. A beach bar provides refreshments directly by the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels are available at the reception against a deposit. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

Double room

The rooms are comfortable and designed in natural colours. They feature two single beds, bath/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), Wi-Fi, 32" LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone (for a fee), safe and balcony (D). Optionally bookable with a view of Mount Olympus (DA) for an extra charge.
Also optionally bookable as DZ=EZ Olympus View for single use (DE).

Featuring the same facilities as the double rooms, these additionally include a bunk bed for children (DF2).

Double room Superior pool & sea view

The Superior double rooms are more spacious but, while offering the same facilities as the double rooms, additionally feature a sofa bed or 1-2 extra beds. The rooms are located on the ground floor or first floor and have a pool/sea view (DMU).

Bungalow beachfront

With the same facilities, the rooms are located in the bungalow area in the first beach row and feature a queen-size double bed, shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, 42" satellite TV, kettle and coffee/tea station (2BB).

Deluxe bungalow private pool

The deluxe bungalows with private pool are more spacious than the double rooms and, with the same facilities, additionally feature a seating area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, as well as a terrace with a private pool (L2P).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Breakfast 7:00-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:30 and dinner 18:30-21:30 are served with Greek and international delicacies in buffet form in the main restaurant "Mytikas". Every evening there is a changing themed buffet or show cooking during meals.
Appropriate attire is requested at meal times (casual chic; men in long trousers).
The main lobby bar "Mousses" offers a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and snacks from 10:00-00:00. After 23:00, drinks are for a fee.
At the "Poseidon" bar, a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, as well as snacks and coffee are available from 10:30-18:00.
GENERAL RULES:
The All-Inclusive drinks list includes a selection of local spirits, wines, draught beer and soft drinks at the bars.
All branded spirits & wines from the wine list, champagne, cocktails, fresh juices, etc., are charged at an extra cost.
The opening of the outdoor areas of the restaurants and bars is weather-dependent.

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 1 January 2025.
