Location

The hotel is quietly located on the outskirts of Faliraki. The long sandy/pebble beach is approx. 700 m away, and Faliraki town centre is approx. 1 km away. Rhodes town with its historic old town is approx. 14 km away, and the famous "Anthony Quinn" bay is approx. 2.5 km away. The distance to Rhodes Airport is approx. 18 km.

Facilities

The hotel is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and will be presented in a new design from Summer 2026. Following extensive renovation, guests can expect a modern hotel complex with a fresh ambiance and a new adults-friendly concept, bookable for guests aged 12 and over.
The complex has 141 rooms spread across a main building and three side buildings. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a lounge area with a TV corner, and a total of three bars, including a lobby bar and a pool bar/snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
The redesigned outdoor area features a new freshwater swimming pool, an outdoor whirlpool, spacious sun terraces, and comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, which are included by the pool. Bath towels are available for a fee, with free changes.

The modern Superior rooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" Smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, in-room safe (rental), air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (refilled daily), and a furnished balcony or terrace. One bottle of water upon arrival (DSU).
Also available for single occupancy (DSE/DEA).

Double Room Superior Renovated

Located in the side building across the street and will be newly renovated for Summer 2026.
The rooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" Smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (refilled daily), and a furnished balcony or terrace. One bottle of water upon arrival (DAS).
Also available for single occupancy (DAE/UB1).

Double Room Superior Swim Up/Sharing Pool Renovated

Located in the side building across the street and will be newly renovated for Summer 2026.
These ground-floor rooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" Smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (refilled daily), and a furnished terrace with comfortable sun loungers and direct access to the shared pool. One bottle of water upon arrival (DWP). Also available for single occupancy (EWP).

Buffet breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10 AM with live cooking, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9 PM with live cooking in the main restaurant. Themed evenings three times a week.
Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are included with meals.
Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, coffee specialties, house wine, and draft beer are included from 10:30 AM to 11 PM at two of the three bars, as well as other alcoholic drinks such as Ouzo, Whisky, Brandy, Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Raki, and Gin, along with a selection of cocktails and long drinks available from 6 PM to 11 PM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
