Location

The hotel is quietly located on the outskirts of Faliraki. The long sandy/pebble beach is approximately 700 m away, and Faliraki town center is about 1 km away. Rhodes Town with its historic old town is approximately 14 km away, and the famous "Anthony Quinn" Bay is about 2.5 km away. The distance to Rhodes Airport is approximately 18 km.

Facilities

As a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, the hotel reopened in early May 2026 following extensive redesign and now shines with a fresh new look. Guests can look forward to a modern hotel complex with a fresh ambiance and a new adults-friendly concept, available for guests aged 12 and over.
The complex has 141 rooms distributed across one main building and three annexes. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a lounge with a TV corner, and a total of three bars, including a lobby bar and a pool/snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
In the newly designed outdoor area, guests can enjoy a new freshwater swimming pool, an outdoor whirlpool, spacious sun terraces, as well as comfortable loungers and sunshades, which are included at the pool. Pool towels are available for a fee, and changes are free of charge.

The modern superior rooms feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe in the room, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (daily replenishment), and a furnished balcony or terrace. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DSU).
Optionally bookable for single use (DSE/DEA).

Located in the annex building across the street and newly renovated for Summer 2026.

Superior Double Room Swim Up/Sharing Pool Renovated

Located in the annex building across the street and newly renovated for Summer 2026.
The rooms are on the ground floor and feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (daily replenishment), and a furnished terrace with comfortable loungers and direct access to the sharing pool. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DWP). Optionally bookable for single use (EWP).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased risk for small children.

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 with live cooking, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00 in buffet style with live cooking at the main restaurant. Themed evenings three times a week.
Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are included with meals.
Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, coffee specialties, house wine, and draft beer are included from 10:30 to 23:00 at two of the three bars, as are other alcoholic beverages such as ouzo, whiskey, brandy, vodka, rum, tequila, raki, and gin, as well as a selection of cocktails and long drinks available from 18:00 to 23:00.
