Location

The Belvita Hotel (formerly Loutanis) is located approx. 700 m from Kolymbia Beach, a sand/pebble beach, with a free shuttle service available from May to October. The tourist center is approx. 600 m away. The town of Afandou is approx. 7 km away (Faliraki approx. 10 km, Rhodes Town approx. 25 km). Shops are located approx. 600 m from the hotel, and a supermarket is approx. 300 m away. The nearest bars and restaurants are around 300 m away. You can reach the nearest disco in about 500 m. The following attractions are accessible from the hotel: Water Park Faliraki (approx. 15 km), Lindos (approx. 25 km), Seven Springs (approx. 5 km) and Kalithea Springs (approx. 19 km). A bus stop is approx. 200 m away. Rhodes Airport is approx. 35 km away.

Facilities

The hotel (bookable for guests aged 7 and over) has 134 rooms spread across a main building and three annex buildings. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, a lift in the main building, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The main restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar cater to your culinary needs. In the garden area, two pools invite you to swim and relax; sun loungers and umbrellas are available here free of charge. The pool bar provides refreshments. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at the beach for a fee.

Double Room Sharing Pool Private Sunbeds

These spacious rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen exclusive and are located on the first floor of the rear building, which features a spacious shared pool (no direct pool access!). They are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (refilled daily), a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a furnished balcony (2UR/X2A).
Upon arrival, water, wine, and fruit are provided.
Also available for single use (1UR/1RU).
Please note: The accommodation is on the first floor, and access to the shared pool is via stairs down to the spacious garden area with a shared pool, where reserved sunbeds (2 sunbeds and an umbrella) are available for each room.

Double Room Swim Up Sharing Pool

Also a Schauinsland-Reisen exclusive, these rooms are located on the ground floor with the same amenities and offer a terrace with private sun loungers and direct access to the shared pool (DWP/YU2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Drinks are included at the open bar from 10:30 AM to 11 PM (soft drinks, water, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, red and white wine, and beer), as well as Ouzo, gin, vodka, rum, various long drinks, and cocktails from 12 PM to 11 PM. Additionally, snacks such as hot dogs, toast, and salad are available from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Once per stay, dinner can be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant (reservations required).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room.
For stays in high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays in low season from November 1st to March 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 0.50 Euros
National category 3 stars: 1.50 Euros
