The Belvita Hotel (formerly Loutanis) is located approx. 700 m from Kolymbia Beach, a sandy/pebble beach, for which a free shuttle is offered from May to October. The tourist center is approx. 600 m away. The town of Afandou is approx. 7 km away (Faliraki approx. 10 km, Rhodes Town approx. 25 km). Shopping facilities are located approx. 600 m from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after approx. 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached after about 300 m. The nearest nightclub is about 500 m away. The following sights can be reached from the hotel: Faliraki Water Park (approx. 15 km), Lindos (approx. 25 km), Seven Springs (approx. 5 km), and Kalithea Thermal Springs (approx. 19 km). A bus stop is approx. 200 m away. Rhodes Airport is approx. 35 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 134 rooms spread across a main building and three annexes. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, a lift in the main building, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The main restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar cater to your physical well-being. Two pools in the garden area invite you to swim and relax; umbrellas and sun loungers are available here free of charge. The pool bar provides refreshments. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available on the beach for a fee.

Double room sharing pool private sun loungers

Bookable for guests aged 7 and over.
These spacious rooms are a Schauinsland-Reisen Original and are located on the 1st floor of the rear building, which features a generous sharing pool (no direct pool access!). They are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (daily refill), a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a furnished balcony (2UR/DAS/X2A).
Water, wine, and fruit are provided upon arrival.
Optionally bookable for single occupancy (1UR/1RU).
Please note: The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, and access to the sharing pool is via stairs down to the spacious garden area with the sharing pool, where reserved pool loungers (2 loungers and umbrella) are available for each room.
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. The use of this area therefore requires special attention towards children as well as cautious behavior.

Double room swim up sharing pool

Bookable for guests aged 7 and over.
Also a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, these are located on the ground floor with the same amenities and offer a terrace with private sun loungers and direct access to the sharing pool (DWP/HA2/YU2).
Optionally bookable for single occupancy (EWP/WU1).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Cautious behavior and special attention are requested when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk potential for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 7 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience charge, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
