In the holiday area of Kolymbia, in a quiet setting, approx. 1.8 km from the beautiful sandy/pebble beach and approx. 800 m from the center. There are numerous taverns, bars, and cafes here. A shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is offered 4 times daily (included, 10:15 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.).

The small, very family-run holiday complex consists of five buildings with a total of 120 rooms. In the main building, there is a lounge with reception, Wi-Fi (included), and a mini-market. The restaurant is located in one of the outbuildings on the hotel grounds. In the outdoor area, there is a small garden, a BBQ area, two swimming pools, and a cozy seating terrace with a fresh design and two pool bars. Sun loungers and parasols are included on the sun terrace, and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a fee. Additionally, the hotel offers several lounge sofas and chill-out lounges in the outdoor area.

The superior double rooms feature a double bed, walk-in shower/WC, telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, flat-screen TV (10 German channels), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (2UR).
Also available for single occupancy (1UR/1RU) or as a Superior double room Promo (2RP), also for single occupancy (1RP).

Superior double room renovated Dimitri Style

With the same facilities as the superior double rooms, these were renovated in a new design in summer 2024 and are located in the main building (DAS/3UR).

Superior double room pool side/private garden

The superior double rooms pool side/private garden have been completely renovated since summer 2023 and are located on the ground floor near the large swimming pool in the rear part of the main building. They feature a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer and slippers, shampoo & shower gel, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning (included throughout the season), rental safe, satellite TV (55 inch) with HDMI connection, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea maker. The terrace offers a small private garden area with comfortable seating. From here, it is only a few steps to cool off in the large swimming pool landscape (DSF).

Superior double room priv. pool (14+ years)

These rooms, renovated in a fresh design since summer 2023, are modernly furnished and feature the same facilities as the superior double rooms pool side/private garden, plus an outdoor terrace in the garden with a small private pool, sun loungers, and seating (U2P) – bookable for guests aged 14 and over.
Also available for single occupancy (U1P/DEB).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for mindful behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for children.
Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 14 years for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.

Junior suite private garden renovated

The junior suites with private garden have also been renovated in a fresh design since summer 2023. They have the same facilities as the superior double rooms pool side/private garden but are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area as well as a private garden with a chill-out lounge, terrace with seating, and are located near the large pool (RJG). Also available for single occupancy (GJ1).

The junior suites are located in the main building, were renovated in a new design in summer 2024, and feature a combined living/sleeping area, walk-in shower/WC, slippers, air conditioning (included throughout the season), telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, 55'' satellite TV with HDMI connection (approx. 10 German channels), and a balcony (JS2/JSI). Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Buffet breakfast 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with show cooking. Lunch 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. and dinner 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. are also offered as buffets and each features a Greek corner with local specialties. In the afternoon, there is coffee, tea, and homemade cake 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
National alcoholic (beer, red and white wine, ouzo, and brandy) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks) are available to guests 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. at the large pool bar. The small pool bar opens 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. and additionally offers whiskey and gin.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
