Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, approx. 150 m from the sand/pebble beach of Kolymbia, with the center approx. 500 m away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. It is approx. 25 km to Rhodes Town and approx. 12 km to Faliraki.

Facilities

This complex, popular with regular guests, features 100 rooms, a lobby with reception and rental safes, a restaurant, a bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), and satellite TV. In the garden area, there is a freshwater pool with a sun terrace, a lawn for sunbathing, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool; on the beach, they are available for a fee.

Double room Superior Sharing Pool

Renovated since summer 2023, these rooms feature a modern design and are equipped with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, and refrigerator. Furnished terrace with comfortable sun loungers and access to the sharing pool (P2H).
The pool area is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1/1/2025.
For stays in the high season 1/4-31/10:
