Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area, about 150 m from Kolymbia's sand/pebble beach, and approximately 500 m from the center. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Rhodes Town is about 25 km away, and Faliraki is about 12 km.

This complex, popular with regular guests, features 100 rooms, a reception area with a desk and safety deposit boxes for rent, a restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), and satellite TV. In the garden, there is a freshwater pool with a sun terrace, a lawn, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee at the beach.

Double Room Superior Sharing Pool

These rooms, renovated since summer 2023, feature modern design, a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, and a refrigerator. Furnished terrace with comfortable sun loungers and access to the shared pool (P2H).
'The Double Rooms Superior Sharing Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, the use of this area requires special attention towards children and careful behavior.'

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is payable by guests on-site, similar to a visitor's tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
