Location

The popular holiday hotel has been part of the renowned Paralos hotel chain since summer 2025 and impresses with its ideal location and proximity to Kolymbia. The enchanting beach directly in front of the hotel is bathed by the crystal-clear blue water of the Mediterranean, while the endless horizon captivates the eye and imagination for an unforgettable holiday experience. Swimming shoes are recommended for the pebble/sand beach. Some shopping and entertainment options are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity in the town of Kolymbia. Here you will find bars, tavernas, and entertainment options. We recommend a rental car to explore the island. It is approx. 25 km to Rhodes City with its many sights and the UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town, and about 28 km to the airport. The famous Tsambika Beach is approx. 29 km away.

The Hotel Paralos Rodos Lifestyle, bookable for guests aged 6 and over, offers short distances, a quiet yet central location, and good service. It consists of a main building and two annexes and has a total of 165 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a main restaurant renovated in summer 2025 with a cozy terrace, a Greek à la carte restaurant, two bars, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. In the outdoor area, there is a well-maintained garden and a pool surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers, lounge furniture, gazebos, and seat cushions as well as umbrellas (all included) and a newly designed pool/snack bar. Sun umbrellas and loungers are also available free of charge on the beach. Pool towels are included (changed 3 times per week).

With identical basic equipment to the Superior Double Rooms, these were also last renovated in 2022 and offer a double bed as well as a balcony or terrace with a magnificent panoramic sea view (2RA).

The Double Rooms, expected to be renovated in 80's style by summer 2026, feature a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the garden (DD2).
Optionally also available as a Premium Deluxe Double Room with partial sea view, last renovated in 80's style in 2025 (DDS/ID2) or with partial sea view for single occupancy (EDD).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sea View

These rooms, also last renovated in 80's style in 2025, have identical basic equipment to the Premium Deluxe Double Rooms but are slightly more spacious; they feature either a double bed or twin beds, a small seating area, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (P2M/MDI).
Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DEM) or as a double room with front sea view (L2B).

The Lifestyle Junior Suites have been freshly renovated in 80's style since 2025, are generously furnished, and feature a seating area with sofa bed, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea view (E2J).

Breakfast from 7:30-10:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9 pm buffet style. During meals, beer, local wine, water, juices, and soft drinks (except mineral water in bottles) are included.
For early risers, a small continental breakfast is available from 7-7:30 am (with advance notice) and from 10:30-11 am there is a continental late riser breakfast.
Alternatively, there is a "Healthy Breakfast" buffet with a delicious selection of freshly prepared delicacies and healthy options in the à la carte restaurant from 8-10:30 am.
Dinner can also be taken optionally in the Greek à la carte restaurant "Pithos" from 7-9:30 pm (1x per stay included, reservation required).
The snack bar "Breeze & Squeeze Healthy Bar" near the main pool offers a selection of light dishes such as sandwiches, toast, and ice cream as well as smoothies and fruits from 11 am-5 pm.
In the afternoon between 4-5 pm, coffee/tea, biscuits, cakes, and sweet specialties are available at the pool bar.
Local alcoholic beverages as well as a selection of international and local spirits, cocktails, and long drinks as well as non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, juice, coffee specialties, and tea at the respective open bar from 10:30 am-midnight.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
