Location

The popular holiday hotel has been part of the renowned Paralos hotel chain since summer 2025 and impresses with its ideal location and proximity to Kolymbia. The enchanting beach directly in front of the hotel is lapped by the crystal-clear blue waters of the Mediterranean, while the endless horizon inspires the eyes and the imagination for an unforgettable holiday experience. Swimming shoes are recommended for the pebble/sand beach. Some shopping and entertainment options are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity of Kolymbia village. Here you will find bars, tavernas, and entertainment options. To explore the island, we recommend a rental car. Rhodes Town, with its many sights and the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is approx. 25 km away, and the airport is about 28 km away. The famous Tsambika beach is approx. 29 km away.

The Paralos Rodos Lifestyle hotel, bookable for guests aged 6 and over, offers short distances, a quiet yet central location, and good service. It consists of one main building and two annexes, totaling 165 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a main restaurant renovated in summer 2025 with a cozy terrace, a Greek à la carte restaurant, two bars, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The outdoor area features a well-kept garden and a pool surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers, lounge furniture, gazebos, and seat cushions, as well as umbrellas (all included) and a newly designed pool/snack bar. Parasols and loungers are also available free of charge at the beach. Pool towels are included (changed 3x per week).

With identical basic equipment as the Superior Double Rooms, these were also last renovated in 2022 and offer a double bed as well as a balcony or terrace with a magnificent panoramic sea view (2RA).

Premium Deluxe Double Room

The Double Rooms, scheduled for renovation in 80's style by summer 2026, feature a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the garden side (DD2).
Alternatively, also bookable as a Premium Deluxe Double Room with side sea view (DDS/ID2), renovated in 80's style in 2025, or with side sea view for single occupancy (EDD).

Premium Deluxe Double Room Sea View

These rooms, also renovated in 80's style in 2025, offer identical basic amenities to the Premium Deluxe Double Rooms but are slightly more spacious, featuring either a double bed or twin beds, a small seating area, and a balcony or terrace with sea view (P2M/MDI).
Alternatively, also bookable for single occupancy (DEM) or as a double room with frontal sea view (L2B)./MDI

Double Room Private Pool

The comfortable Double Rooms located on the ground floor offer a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, as well as direct access to a spacious veranda furnished with sun loungers and a private pool (PPZ).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Swim Up Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms, last renovated in 2022, offer a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a veranda furnished with sun loungers with direct access to a sharing pool (DWS).
Alternatively, also bookable as a Deluxe Seafront Swim Up Double Room with sea view in the 1st row (DUM).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Lifestyle Junior Suite Sea View

The Lifestyle Junior Suites have been freshly renovated in 80's style since 2025, are generously furnished, and feature a seating area with sofa bed, walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, slippers, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), welcome gift, and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea view (E2J).

For early risers, a small continental breakfast is available from 7:00-7:30 (with prior notification), and a late riser continental breakfast is available from 10:30-11:00.
Alternatively, there is a "Healthy Breakfast" buffet from 8:00-10:30 with a delicious selection of freshly prepared delicacies and healthy options in the à la carte restaurant.
Dinner can also be taken at the Greek à la carte restaurant "Pithos" from 19:00-21:30 (1x per stay included, reservation required).
The "Breeze & Squeeze Healthy Bar" snack bar near the main pool offers a selection of small dishes such as sandwiches, toast, and ice cream, as well as smoothies and fruits from 11:00-17:00.
In the afternoon between 16:00-17:00, coffee/tea, cookies, cake, and sweet specialties are served at the pool bar.
Local alcoholic beverages as well as a selection of international and local spirits, cocktails, and long drinks, plus non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, juice, coffee specialties, and tea are available at the respective open bar from 10:30-00:00.
Vegetarian and vegan dishes are offered in the restaurants.
Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are available (request prior to arrival is mandatory).
For dinner, appropriate attire (smart casual) is requested.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
