Location

Located in the center of Niederrasen at an altitude of approx. 1,030 m, the hotel is an ideal starting point for active holiday days. The well-known Kronplatz hiking area is about 4 km away, and the Antholz Biathlon Center is around 15 km away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are available in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is located directly at the hotel, and Olang train station is approx. 2 km away. Transfer to and from the hotel is included.

The hotel has 40 rooms, a reception area with a lift, free Wi-Fi, lounges, a restaurant serving excellent local cuisine, a bar/cafe, and a sun terrace. Outside, there is a garden with a sunbathing lawn and parasols for guests to enjoy. The hotel also includes its own winery, a chicken coop, and a spacious vegetable garden at the Brötz Farm.

The approx. 20 m² Standard double rooms (DNH) are located in the annexe, which is about 300 m from the main building and is not connected underground. Facilities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, TV, free Wi-Fi, seating area, heating, and a free safe. A minibar is available for an extra charge. Accommodation for up to four people is provided with a sofa bed as an extra bed. Bathrobes are available on loan.

Superior Double Room

The approx. 25 m² Superior rooms (DSU) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, seating area, heating, a free safe, and a balcony. A minibar is available for an extra charge. Guests also receive a bathrobe on loan. The rooms can be booked for up to four people.

Deluxe Double Room

The approx. 25 m² Deluxe double rooms (DD2) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, seating area, heating, a free safe, and a balcony. A minibar is available for an extra charge. Bathrobes are provided on loan. Accommodation for up to four people is provided with a sofa bed as an extra bed.

A rich breakfast buffet ensures a great start to the day. In the evening, a 4-course menu with a salad buffet is served. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian meals are also available.

Wellness

The wellness area invites you to relax with an indoor pool (approx. 32 °C) with a waterfall, massage jets, and counter-current system. In addition, a Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, infrared cabin, Kneipp facility, plunge pool, steam bath, relaxation room, and a whirlpool (for up to 6 people, approx. 36 °C) are available free of charge. For an extra fee, guests can use the solarium (approx. € 6 per coin), massages, and cosmetic treatments.
