Location

This dreamlike holiday residence is located approximately 20 km from Tivat Airport and about 30 km from Dubrovnik Airport. The sandy/stony beach is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Numerous restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away.

The luxurious hotel has 24 rooms and suites in a historic 18th-century building as well as 104 rooms and suites in the new, modern residence building. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (each also with a terrace), two bars (Wine and Rocco Bar), a beach bar, and two conference rooms.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room (Residence)

The modern Superior rooms (approx. 27-29 m²), decorated in a Scandinavian and Mediterranean style, are located in the residence building. Room amenities include shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, electric kettle, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a balcony. The rooms have either two twin beds (100x200 cm) or one king-size bed (200x200 cm).
The room can be booked with either sea view (U04) or pool view (U26). Alternatively, it can also be booked as a standard room without a balcony and with mountain view (U02). DR=SR for single use.

Studio (Residence)

The studios (approx. 44-66 m²) are also located in the residence building. They are also decorated in a Scandinavian and Mediterranean style. The studios feature a bedroom/living room with a well-equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. In the bedroom, there are either two twin beds (100x200 cm) or one king-size bed (200x200 cm). For a third person, there is a sofa bed in the living area. The other amenities are identical to the Superior room.
For an additional charge, the studio can also be booked with a sea view and balcony (approx. 44-66 m²).

Suite Sea View (Residence)

The approx. 65 m² suite in the residence building also impresses with its blend of Scandinavian and Mediterranean style. The suite offers luxury and a spacious living room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. In the bedroom, two twin beds (100x200 cm) or one king-size bed (200x200 cm) await you. All suites have a balcony and sea view.

Deluxe Double Room (Historic Building)

The Deluxe rooms (approx. 22-39 m²) are located in the historic part of the building. Their amenities are identical to those of the rooms in the residence building. The interior design style here is a mix of modern and rustic. The rooms feature two twin beds (100x200 cm) or one king-size bed (200x200 cm).
Also available as DR=SR for single use.

Suite (Historic Building)

The modern and rustic suite (approx. 43-72 m²) in the historic building features a living room and bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200 cm). The spacious suites also have a balcony and are otherwise identical in terms of amenities to the other rooms.
