The dreamlike holiday accommodation is located approximately 20 km from Tivat Airport and approx. 30 km from Dubrovnik Airport. The sand/pebble beach is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Numerous restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes' walk away.

The luxurious hotel has 24 rooms and suites in the historic 18th-century building and 104 rooms and suites in the new and modern residence building. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (each with a terrace), two bars (wine and Rocco Bar), a beach bar, and two conference rooms.

Accommodation

Double Room Superior (Residence)

The modern Superior rooms (approx. 27-29 sqm) are furnished in a Scandinavian and Mediterranean style and are located in the residence building. Room amenities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, kettle, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, flat TV screen, and balcony. The rooms have either two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm).
The room can be booked with sea view (U04) or pool view (U26). Alternatively, it can also be booked as a Standard room without a balcony and with a mountain view (U02). Double room for single use.

Studio (Residence)

The studios (approx. 44-66 sqm) are also located in the residence building. They are also furnished in a Scandinavian and Mediterranean style. The studios have a bedroom and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The bedroom has either two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm). A sofa bed in the living room is available for a third person. The other amenities are identical to the Superior room.
The studio can also be booked with sea view and balcony (approx. 44-66 sqm) for an extra charge.

Suite Sea View (Residence)

The approx. 65 sqm suite in the residence building also impresses with its mix of Scandinavian and Mediterranean style. The suite offers luxury and a spacious living room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The bedroom has two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm) for you. All suites have a balcony and sea view.

Double Room Deluxe (Historic Building)

The Deluxe rooms (approx. 22-39 sqm) are located in the historic part of the building. Their amenities are identical to the rooms in the residence building. The interior style here is a mix of modern and rustic. The rooms have two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm).
Also bookable as a double room for single use.

Suite (Historic Building)

The modern and rustic suite (approx. 43-72 sqm) in the historic building features a living and sleeping area with a king-size bed (200x200 cm). The spacious suites also have a balcony and are otherwise identical in amenities to the other rooms.
