The hotel is located opposite the valley station of the Grafenbergbahnen (approx. 200m) with access to the Salzburger Sportwelt and the G-Link gondola lift, which connects the Wagrain ski area with the Kleinarl, Flachau, and Zauchensee ski areas.

The double rooms (DSU, approx. 22m²) offer a comfortable double bed and are equipped with modern amenities such as a shower, toilet, hairdryer, seating area, minibar, telephone, radio (integrated into the TV), and a 48-inch flat-screen TV.
Also optionally bookable as a single occupancy or as a single/child with a double bed and an extra bed, depending on occupancy (approx. 20m²) (1DS).

Double Room Deluxe

The Deluxe Double Room Type A (DDA, approx. 28m²) has a double bed and a pull-out sofa, which can be used for a third person if needed. Like all rooms, it is equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, seating area, minibar, telephone, radio, and a 48-inch flat-screen TV.
Also optionally bookable as Type B (DDB, approx. 29m²) for up to 4 people, with a double bed and either a double pull-out sofa or a pull-out sofa, depending on occupancy.

Deluxe Family Hit

The Deluxe Family Hit rooms consist of two Deluxe Double Rooms, offering a combined area of approx. 56 m². The rooms are located either next to each other or opposite each other. As with the other rooms, the amenities include a shower/toilet, hairdryer, seating area, minibar, telephone, radio, and a 48-inch flat-screen TV (2DF).
