The hotel is located opposite the valley station of the Grafenberg lifts (approx. 200m), with access to the Salzburger Sportwelt and the G-Link cable car, which connects the Wagrain ski area with the ski areas of Kleinarl, Flachau, and Zauchensee.

The double rooms (DSU, approx. 22m²) offer a comfortable double bed and are equipped with modern amenities such as a shower, toilet, hairdryer, sitting area, minibar, telephone, radio (integrated into the TV), and a 48-inch flatscreen TV.
Alternatively available for single occupancy or as a single/child room with a double bed and an extra bed, depending on occupancy (approx. 20m²) (1DS).

Luxury Double Room

The Luxury Double Room Type A (DDA, approx. 28m²) features a double bed and a pull-out couch that can be used for a third person if needed. Like all rooms, it is equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, sitting area, minibar, telephone, radio, and a 48-inch flatscreen TV.
Alternatively available as Type B (DDB, approx. 29m²) for up to 4 people, with a double bed and either a double pull-out couch or a single pull-out couch, depending on occupancy.

Deluxe Family Hit

The Deluxe Family Hit rooms consist of two Luxury double rooms, offering a combined area of approx. 56 m². The rooms are located either next to each other or opposite each other. Like the other rooms, they are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, sitting area, minibar, telephone, radio, and a 48-inch flatscreen (2DF).

Smart Double Room

The Smart double rooms (DA, approx. 22-28 m²) are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, sitting area, telephone, radio, cable TV, double bed, and a pull-out couch and DO NOT have a balcony.
Available as a single with child (D1A) starting Summer 2027.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe double rooms (DD2, approx. 28 m²) offer a double bed and a pull-out couch, with a balcony, otherwise featuring similar amenities to the Smart double rooms.

Family Room (from Summer 2027)

The family rooms (DF2, approx. 35m²) offer a double bed, a double pull-out couch, and a balcony, with otherwise similar amenities to the Smart double rooms.
The family rooms have a minimum occupancy of 4 people.
