This complex is very quietly located above Albufeira's old town, offering a fantastic view over the town and the sea. The old town with its restaurants, bars, and entertainment options is approx. 400 m away, and "Tunnel Beach" (this beautiful sandy beach is connected to the old town via a tunnel through the cliffs) is approx. 500 m away. The airport is approx. 40 km away.

The complex has a total of 209 accommodation units, divided into studios and apartments, spread across 4 buildings with 3-5 floors. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, lifts, a TV and games room, internet access, a mini-market, as well as 2 bars (indoor and outdoor), a snack bar, and the main restaurant (located in the neighboring Cerro Mar Garden hotel). The outdoor area features pools with separate children's pools, sun loungers, and umbrellas (each building has its own pool).

Equipped like the studios, the apartments have a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (sofa bed in the living area). Depending on occupancy, apartments are also bookable with 2 separate bedrooms. With the same amenities, also bookable as Apartment Type A with special availability (A1A).
