Location

Located in a very quiet area above Albufeira's old town, this complex offers a fantastic view over the city and the sea. The old town with its restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues can be reached in approx. 400 m, and "Tunnel Beach" (this beautiful sandy beach is connected to the old town by a tunnel in the cliffs) is approx. 500 m away. The airport is approx. 40 km away.

The complex has a total of 209 units, divided into studios and apartments, distributed across 4 buildings with 3-5 floors. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, elevators, a TV and games room, internet, a mini-market, as well as 2 bars (indoor and outdoor), a snack bar, and the main restaurant (this is located in the neighboring Cerro Mar Garden hotel). In the outdoor area, there are pools with separate children's pools, sun loungers, and umbrellas (each building has its own pool).

Studio

Equipped with bath/shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, rental safe, kitchen (4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle), and a furnished balcony. Can only be booked for single occupancy.

Equipped like the studios, the apartments feature a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (sofa bed in the living area). Depending on occupancy, the apartments can also be booked with 2 separate bedrooms. With the same amenities, it can also be booked as an Apartment Type A with specific availability (A1A).
