Location

Situated on cliffs, the complex is located in a rural setting, between the small fishing village of Burgau (approx. 1.5 km) with a bathing cove and the quiet town of Praia da Luz (approx. 3.5 km) with a fine sandy beach. The historic town of Lagos is approximately 10 km away. There is a bus stop nearby. Faro Airport is about 95 km away.

The popular hotel Quinta do Mar da Luz is characterized by its quiet and idyllic atmosphere. Apartment

The apartments (1 bedroom) have the same facilities as the studios but feature a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette. Two-bedroom apartments (two separate bedrooms) can be booked for an additional charge. Sea-view apartments (1 bedroom) can be booked for an additional charge.

Double room

The double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, rental safe (for a fee), kettle, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Only bookable with breakfast board.

Otherwise featuring the same facilities as the double rooms, the junior suites are more spacious.

Suite

The suites offer the same facilities as the apartments (1 bedroom), but are approx. 10 m² larger.

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO) :
Follow the signs for N125/Portimão/A22 from the airport. Take the A22 motorway towards Portimão/Lagos and take the Lagos/Vila do Bispo exit. Follow the exit until you reach the roundabout. Turn right here towards Vila do Bispo/Sagres (you are now on the N125).
Pass the two exits to Luz until you reach the turn-off for Almádena on the right. Turn left here; the road has several curves. After approx. 2 km, the road ends at a T-junction. Turn here towards Burgau. After approx. 200 m, turn left (follow signs for "Quinta do Mar da Luz"). Follow the signs until you reach the reception.
