The Pestana Cascais Hotel has 149 rooms and is separated from the sea only by the coastal road, located in a quiet district (aristocratic quarter) of Cascais, just a few minutes from the center (approx. 3 km) and about 3 km from Praia dos Pescadores beach. Nearby, you can find various beaches, including the surfer's paradise 'Guincho Beach', parks, museums, shopping centers, discotheques, restaurants, bars, and the Estoril Casino. The Sintra mountains are about a 10-minute drive away. Lisbon is about a 25-minute drive away. Public transport connections are about 100 m away.

The Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, offer sea views (DDM). Also bookable for single occupancy (DM1).
