The Pestana Cascais hotel features 149 rooms and is separated from the sea only by the coastal road, located in a quiet quarter (aristocratic district) of Cascais, just minutes from the center (approx. 3 km) and about 3 km from Praia dos Pescadores beach. Nearby, you will find various beaches, including the surfer's paradise 'Guincho Beach', as well as parks, museums, shopping centers, nightclubs, restaurants, bars, and the Casino do Estoril. The Sintra mountains can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Lisbon is approximately 25 minutes away by car. Public transport links are about 100 m away.

The Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View offer the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but with a sea view (DDM). Can also be booked for single use (DM1).

Directions from Lisbon Airport (LIS):
From Lisbon Airport, drive towards the city center. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards 2ª Circular. On the expressway, take the exit IC17/EIXO N/S/A5 Cascais Estoril. Then, on the A5, continue until you reach the Cascais exit. Drive towards Cascais city center. Once in Cascais, follow signs for Guincho. Stay on the road towards Guincho. This will take you onto the coastal road. After a few meters, you will see the hotel complex on the right. Turn right at the sign, then turn right again.
