Location

The Quinta is located about 1.5 km from Funchal and not far from the old town. The airport is approx. 18 km away. The house, built in 1750, offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by a large subtropical garden and features a small lake.

The Quinta Jardins do Lago has a total of 40 rooms and offers a welcoming reception area, breakfast room with terrace, restaurant, bar, lounge, conservatory, library, and a games room. The beautifully landscaped garden, boasting over 800 different plant species, features a freshwater swimming pool (heated year-round) and a poolside bar/bistro, sun terrace, and whirlpool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are naturally included.

Double Room Garden Side

The Double Rooms Garden Side are approx. 42 m² in size, featuring a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, safe (rental), minibar, USB port, air conditioning/heating, an extra bed for the 3rd person, and a terrace (on the ground floor). Also available as a double room garden side for single use.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Garden Side, are approx. 46 m² in size, and feature a balcony with garden view. Also available for single use (DSE).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are larger than the double rooms (approx. 62 m²) and feature a bathtub and shower, balcony, and garden view. Located in the old manor house (no lift!) with a beautiful garden.

Premium Suite (on request)

The suites are approx. 80 m² in size and have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but feature a larger balcony and an additional living room and separate bedroom.
