The modern and unique architecture of the new building has been harmoniously integrated into the existing garden landscape with a typical Madeiran manor house. In 1999, the Quinta received the Funchal Architecture Prize. After some expansion work in 2002, the hotel was the only one in Madeira to be included in the exclusive group of "Small Luxury Hotels of the World". The Quinta has a modern room wing (hotel building) with 43 rooms (29 double rooms garden side, 12 double rooms premium, 2 suites), which is located in a two-story, fully glazed low-rise building, and the newly renovated manor house, which houses the 5 Manor House suites and 1 separate villa. The complex includes a reception area, Wi-Fi (included), the restaurant "Garden Pavillion", where breakfast is served buffet-style, the Casa da Quinta, which offers lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM, dinner from 6:30 PM to 10 PM, snacks from 11 AM to 10 PM, and drinks and cocktails from 11 AM to 11 PM, the restaurant "The Dining Room" (in the manor house, upscale gastronomy concept), where dinner can be enjoyed for a fee from Tuesday to Saturday from 7 PM to 9:30 PM, a small library in a large, cozy lounge, as well as various lounge areas in the main building and the manor house. In the subtropical garden, there is a heated freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace, as well as another "Adults Only Pool" with a sunbathing lawn at the manor house (sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas included in each case).

Double Room Garden Side

The Double Rooms Garden Side are approx. 37 sqm and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, twin beds, air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, safe (included), Wi-Fi (included) and a furnished terrace (DG).
Also bookable as a Double Room for single use Garden Side (DEG).

Premium Double Room

The Premium Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are larger (approx. 55 sqm, incl. balcony/terrace) with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, and generally feature a queen-size bed (1.60m wide) and additionally a separate dressing area with a large wardrobe and a furnished balcony or terrace (PR2).
Also bookable as a Premium Double Room for single use (PR1).

Manor House Suite

The suites in the manor house are individually furnished, approx. 86 sqm (including balcony/terrace) and feature a marble bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle/WC, scale, twin beds, telephone, minibar, safe (no charge), air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, turn-down service, Nespresso coffee machine, tea/coffee maker, and a separate living room. All suites have a balcony or terrace with sun loungers and chairs (2MH).

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suites are approx. 110 sqm (including balcony), located in the hotel building and feature a bedroom with a king-size bed (2m x 2m), a large marble bathroom with double vanity, a whirlpool bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, scale, bathrobes, slippers, and turn-down service, a separate living room, cable TV, telephone, minibar, safe (no charge), air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), Nespresso coffee machine. All suites have a furnished balcony with sun loungers and chairs (S2D).

Meals

B&B/Half Board

Breakfast buffet-style in the Garden Pavilion from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Dinner is a set menu in the "Casa da Quinta" restaurant from 6:30 PM to 10 PM - table d'hôte (3-course menu, appetizer, main course with choice of fish or meat, as well as vegetarian options on request) and dessert or à la carte (for half board guests, a credit will be applied to the final bill).
"The Dining Room" restaurant from Tuesday to Saturday from 7 PM to 9:30 PM: The restaurant currently offers two tasting menus, one with 6 and one with 9 courses (for half board guests, a credit will be applied to the final bill). Dress code is smart casual (no trainers, no t-shirts, no shorts). There are fixed time slots for dinner, which can be reserved upon check-in to ensure the highest level of service.

Sports for a Fee

The hotel offers a 30% discount on green fees (1x 18 holes per day) at the Santo da Serra Golf course and a 25% discount at the Palheiro Golf course (booking at the hotel reception).

Wellness

The "Frangipani Spa" wellness area offers a sauna, whirlpool, steam bath, and separate men's and women's changing rooms free of charge. Beauty treatments and massages are available for a fee (reservation/registration required). Access to the Health Club & Spa area is for guests aged 16 and over.
