Location

The complex, situated on a hillside with a great view of the Atlantic, is located in a residential area (village complex) and is part of the Palheiro Nature Estate. You can reach the "Palheiro" gardens after approx. 3 km, and the city center after only approx. 7 km. The airport is approx. 13 km away.

The complex features a reception, which is located in the Palheiro Village Forum building and is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Palheiro Golf reception. There is also a multipurpose room, the "Sala Carvalhal", which is equipped with chairs, a television, a pool table, a dartboard, a terrace, and a swimming pool (shared use).
Nearby Palheiro Village, there are several dining options: the restaurant at the Hotel Casa Velha do Palheiro, the restaurant Vista Balancal (at the Palheiro golf course), and the Casa de Chá in the heart of the Palheiro gardens.

The apartments with 2 bedrooms are approx. 120 m² in size and feature the same amenities as the one-bedroom apartments, but have two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (22M/M21/M22/M24).
Available to book with three separate bedrooms for an additional charge (33M).

Villa with sea view (3 bedrooms)

The villas (3 bedrooms) are located in the middle and upper part of the complex, are approx. 250 m² in size, and feature the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but have three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (33M).
