The hotel, renovated for Summer 2025, opens in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 145 rooms on 10 floors. The brightly furnished lobby houses the 24-hour reception and the lobby bar. The hotel offers guests a buffet restaurant as well as an à la carte restaurant ("Salivent") and a total of three bars. In the outdoor area, the sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas by the pool invites you to relax with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with a pool (open during the day only), a bar, and spectacular sea views.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
