The hotel, renovated for Summer 2025, opens in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 145 rooms on 10 floors. The brightly decorated lobby houses the 24-hour reception and the lobby bar. The hotel offers guests a buffet restaurant as well as an à la carte restaurant ("Salivent") and a total of three bars. In the outdoor area, the sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas by the pool invites you to relax with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with a pool (open during the day only), a bar, and spectacular sea views.

Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, TV, safe, minibar, coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony. The rooms are located on the 2nd-4th floor. (DM). Room size approx. 18 m². Also available for single use at an additional charge (DEM).

Destination Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
