On a slightly rising road in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment options is about 300 m away, the sandy beach approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel with a main building and annex offers 359 rooms, many of which have been recently renovated with great care, now combining modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, lawns, as well as a pool snack bar and an Only Adults bar. The annex (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or an elevator. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms renovated for summer 2025 (approx. 18 m²) are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, Smart-TV, telephone, minibar, rental safe, pool towels, as well as a balcony or terrace and are located in the Adults Only area (DD2).

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex, and can be reached via an elevator. The apartments are located in the annex (not renovated).
