Located near Balneario 7 and only approx. 200 m from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Entertainment options such as cafés, restaurants, and shops for a shopping stroll are in the vicinity. An excursion to the island's capital, Palma, with its historic old town and magnificent cathedral, is always worthwhile. There is a good bus connection about 200 m away.

Particularly popular with couples and cyclists, this 4-star hotel offers 180 rooms spread over 12 floors, a lobby with reception and comfortable seating, 2 elevators, a panoramic outdoor elevator, a bar with TV, and a restaurant. Outside, there is a pool set in a small garden, a sunbathing area with loungers and parasols, a terrace, and a snack bar. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace on the 13th floor, newly created in summer 2020, featuring the "OKUN" Sky Restaurant, the "OKUN" Bar, and a unique view of the beautiful bay of Palma.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.–30.4.) the tax is reduced by 75%.
