Location

Located near Balneario 7 and only about 200 m from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Entertainment options such as cafes or restaurants and shops for a stroll are nearby. An excursion to the island capital Palma with its historic old town and magnificent cathedral is always worthwhile. There is good bus access about 200 m away.

The 4-star hotel, particularly popular with couples and cyclists, offers 180 rooms on 12 floors, a lobby with reception and comfortable seating areas, 2 elevators, a panoramic outdoor lift, a bar with TV, and a restaurant. Outdoors, there is a pool set in a small garden, a sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas, a terrace, and a snack bar. The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace in the 13th floor, newly built in summer 2020, with the "OKUN" Sky Restaurant, the "OKUN" Bar, and a unique view of the beautiful Bay of Palma.

Additional information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
