Location

Located at the southern tip of Gran Canaria in a 100-year-old palm oasis on the Atlantic, on the edge of the dunes of Maspalomas, approx. 70 m from the beach.
Bars, restaurants, shops, and a promenade are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is about 35 km away.

Facilities

The design hotel with 328 rooms, spread over 7 floors, features a lobby with reception, elevator, lounge bar, main restaurant with terrace, an Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Giardino" and a Spanish tapas and wine restaurant "La Bodega" (both open seasonally and for a fee), library with PCs and free Wi-Fi, boutiques, and a hairdresser.
In the extensive palm oasis, there is a pool (heated in winter), a spacious sun terrace with loungers, cushions, and parasols, as well as a pool bar/snack bar.
In a separate area, there is a children's playground, baby pool, and a children's fun pool (heated in winter).

The rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing the entrance side.

Furnished like the Double Room Superior, with an additional espresso machine and daily German newspaper.
In a prime location, on the 5th to 7th floor with garden, pool, or sea view (DC).

Junior Suite

Furnished like the Double Room Deluxe, additionally featuring an open combined sleeping and living area (approx. 48 sqm), bathroom with shower (partially with bathtub as well), espresso machine, and offering garden, pool, or sea view (JS2).
