Located at the southern tip of Gran Canaria in a 100-year-old palm oasis by the Atlantic Ocean, on the edge of the Maspalomas dunes, approx. 70 m from the beach.
Bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, and a promenade are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is approximately 35 km away.

This design hotel with 328 rooms, spread over 7 floors, features a lobby with reception, elevator, lounge bar, main restaurant with terrace, an Italian à-la-carte restaurant "Il Giardino", and a Spanish tapas and wine restaurant "La Bodega" (both open seasonally and at an extra charge), a library with PCs and free Wi-Fi, boutiques, and a hairdresser.
In the spacious palm oasis, there is a pool (heatable in winter), a large sun terrace with loungers, pads, and parasols, as well as a pool/snack bar.
