Location

This small 3-storey apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade (partially via stairs) in a few minutes' walk.
The popular Yumbo shopping and entertainment center is approx. 1.2 km away, the Cita entertainment center approx. 400 m and La Sandia approx. 1 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

The complex also offers a roof terrace with spectacular views over the surroundings, the dunes and the sea.

The apartments are comfortably furnished, located on the ground floor and feature a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, a small dining area and a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, flat-screen satellite TV, a rental safe, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a separate bedroom as well as a furnished terrace (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).

1 Bedroom Apartment Sea View (2nd Floor)

Equipped the same as the 1st-floor apartments, but located on the 2nd floor (top floor) and partially have a limited sea view due to vegetation (2AM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1AM).
