This 3-story apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade (partially via stairs) in just a few minutes' walk.
The popular "Cita" shopping and entertainment centers are approx. 400 m away, "La Sandia" approx. 1 km, and "Yumbo" approx. 1.2 km.
The airport is approximately 35 km away.

The adults-only complex (16+ years) with 24 units features a reception (open hourly during the day) and Wi-Fi (free of charge) throughout the entire complex.
The outdoor area consists of a tropical garden with a saltwater swimming pool (heatable in winter) and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols/shaded areas.
In addition, the complex offers a roof terrace with a spectacular view of the surroundings, the dunes of Maspalomas, and the sea.

The apartments are comfortably furnished, located on the ground floor, and feature a living area, an open-plan kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a small dining area, flat-screen satellite TV, safe for rent, bathroom with shower/WC, a separate bedroom, as well as a furnished terrace (A12).
