Great quiet location above the beach promenade and the sandy beach of San Agustin, which can be reached in just a few minutes' walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds. The distance to Playa del Inglés is approx. 4.5 km (scheduled bus connection available nearby).
Shopping facilities and restaurants are located about a 10-minute walk away.

Facilities

This fantastically situated adults-only property (ages 16+) is a Schauinsland-Reisen original.
It has 24 apartments and 16 studios spread over 8 floors (elevator from the 3rd floor).
The attractive architecture of this small complex is striking, harmonizing beautifully with the terraced garden and its natural stone look. You can reach the promenade and the sandy beach of San Agustin in no time via paths lined with palm trees and passing by the swimming pool.
A reception is available during the day for questions and requests.
Wi-Fi area available free of charge.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a sun terrace with a swimming pool, as well as sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the sea and the beach of San Agustin.

Studio Sea View

The studios are friendly and attractively furnished.
They feature a combined living/bedroom with 2 beds as well as sleeping space for a 3rd person, air conditioning (included/individually adjustable), kitchenette with coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV, rental safe, and a furnished balcony from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Atlantic and the sound of the sea (SM2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (SM1).

Apartment Sea View 1 Bedroom

With the same amenities as the studios, the apartments additionally feature a separate bedroom as well as 2 sun loungers on the furnished terrace or balcony (2AM).
Here too, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
(Preferred setup regarding balcony or terrace is only possible as a non-binding customer request).
